Top 25 National Sprint Car Poll - Week 14

Brent Marks rejoins the poll after picking up a pair of wins over the weekend

This week's rankings can be summed up by looking at the improvement of young hotshoes across the country - and not just year-to-year but week-to-week as well.

Highlighting the rankings this week are Sheldon Haudenschild, Logan Schuchart, and Brent Marks. All three drivers are racing at different levels, and yet each driver is showing that a driver and team can improve regardless of which stage they choose to race on each week.

Logan Schuchart of Hanover, PA moved to No. 12 in the rankings while he continues to show improvement in his 2nd year of touring with the World of Outlaws. This past weekend resulted in a pair of Top 5 finishes at River Cities Speedway and Nodak Speedway. Keep in mind he only had five such finishes in all of 2015.

Sheldon Haudenschild, who you'll find regularly on the All Star Circuit of Champions tour, moves to No. 11 in the poll. Lil' Haud raked in a pair of Top 5 finishes over the weekend as well, including a win at the recently reopened Millstream Speedway.

Brent Marks, another Central PA driver, rejoins the Top 25 poll for the first time in ten weeks. Marks, who's family-owned team travels more than most, can be considered a true outlaw. He runs mostly in Central PA, but they don't hesitate to get out and run with the All Stars or World of Outlaws. This past weekends efforts (3rd at Williams Grove, 1st at Port Royal & Path Valley) were enough to push Marks to No. 20 in our weekly sprint car rankings.

Our panel of voting members for Week 14 included the following:
