| Chad Kemenah jumps up to No. 4 in our Top 25 Poll |
A sunny eleven days greeted sprint car fans and drivers this year in Florida as eight races were completed without issue - 3 at Bubba Raceway Park and 5 at Volusia Speedway Park.
Following the trend he set last year, Donny Schatz was the man to watch as he picked up five wins in just eight starts between All Star Circuit of Champions and World of Outlaws action. The Tony Stewart Racing driver picked up all but one 1st-place vote in our poll. The final 1st-place vote was dedicated to Stevie Smith, who recently retired, by one of our panel members.
David Gravel and Jason Johnson round out the World of Outlaws podium after showcasing strong runs all week long. Johnson currently holds down the 2nd spot in points among Platinum members as they head into Texas this weekend.
Tim Shaffer, after not being ranked in our Preseason Poll, jumps all the way up to 11th in this week's rankings. Kyle Larson, Jason Sides and Christopher Bell will also join him moving into our Top 25 Rankings.
Of note, ballots were collected before Lincoln Speedway's season-opener took place this past weekend.
