On Tap- Outlaw Convention in Vegas; Toilet Bowl Time; USMTS Completes Southern Region
This week, we're pouring Edmund Fitzgerald Porter from Great Lakes Brewing Company here at TDN as we look at all the action at the track. This beer might actually be better just under room temperature than straight out of the fridge. There's chocolate and coffee notes, but unlike others in the genre, there's more carbonation and a little more of a bitter flavor for a clean finish. It pours a decent white head, and goes down smoother than you might imagine. At 6.0 %, you can enjoy a few of them without getting knocked on your ass!
Now let's check out what's on tap at the races this weekend!
World of Outlaws at the Dirt Track at Las Vegas
Brad Sweet and Daryn Pittman have Kasey Kahne racing in great shape these days with Sweet winning three of the first five races and Pittman with one win and some impressive finishes. As the series rolls into the city of lost wages this weekend, look for lots of action in the casinos with Donny Schatz bringing in heavy action, but keep your money guarded and spread it around. Place side bets on Terry McCarl and Shane Stewart as well, and perhaps a dark horse one on David Gravel who looks like he's getting comfortable in his new surroundings.
Remember folks, the action happens on Thursday and Friday this weekend, and both races come with LIVE video pay per view via dirtvision.com. And on Sunday, the Outlaws pay a visit to Arizona Speedway to close out the weekend. Free Audio is available on dirtvision.com
