Donny Schatz Wins Again, Secures 14th Win of the Season

Last year at this time, Donny Schatz had six feature wins. Schatz would go on to win 20 more times during the 2014 season, securing his sixth World of Outlaws Series Championship.

Apparently, this season, Schatz is out to surpass his a career-best, 26 World of Outlaws A-Feature victories from 2014. If he continues at his current, torrid pace, he's bound to break that career-best win total during the month of money.

This year, the six-time and reigning World of Outlaws Sprint Car Series Champion already has 14 A-feature wins. With the win on Wednesday night, Schatz now has 186 career World of Outlaws Sprint Car Series wins and heads to the next WoO event on a three-race win streak.

On Friday night, Schatz (who is from Fargo, ND) will go for win number 15 at River Cities Speedway in Grand Forks, ND. RCS aka the Bullring, is considered one of Schatz's home tracks and will be one of the crowd favorites when the green flag falls. Since the WoO series started racing at RCS in 2007, Schatz has won 4 times. The most on the WoO Sprint Car Series.
