Blaney's 100th Career ASCoC Win Enough for Driver of the Week

Dale Blaney gets Tony Kennedy's 14K into ASCoC victory lane at Attica
Dale Blaney's storied career got a little sweeter Saturday night when he captured his 100th career All Star win at Attica Raceway Park worth $10,000 to become the all-time wins leader with the series. The victory was Blaney's 1st on the young season and his 18th win ever at the western Ohio speedway. Dale kicked off the night by timing in 4th among the 36 car field. He then finished 5th in his heat which placed him into the "Pick Six" dash. Blaney shot from his starting spot outside of row one to win the dash and earn the pole of the 40 lap feature. Though he led every lap of the main event, it did not come easy as he had to fight off 5th place starter Craig Mintz who had pulled alongside of Blaney with less than 10 laps remaining.

Satterlee set QT overall, won his heat, and continued on to battle with Tim Fuller and Russ King before pulling away to claim the $3,000 win.
